I’m Ed Brett, the Manager, Ecommerce Channel at Westminster Savings Credit Union. I’ve worked in the credit union industry for 12 years, beginning in the teller pool and migrating over time into the Ecommerce channel (via I.T.). I didn’t find the Ecommerce channel, it found me, and I’m glad to be here.
I’m especially interested in how things get done: how does innovation happen? How is cooperation facilitated? How are strategies and tactics transformed by web technologies? That sort of thing. More interesting to me than the result is how the result was achieved.
I’m a process guy: I like process. Process makes the world run smoothly.
I’m an advocate for subsidiarity; it’s one of the reasons I like working for a smaller community-focused credit union.
